Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Cold Standard.
Every Cold Standard garment is made to order. By producing each item specifically for you, we're able to reduce waste, maintain premium quality, and focus on craftsmanship over mass production.
Order Processing
Orders typically enter production within 2–5 business days after your purchase is placed.
During periods of high demand, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced, estimated delivery times are:
United States
- Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–7 business days
International
- Delivery times vary by destination and local customs processing.
Please note that shipping estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced and shipped separately.
If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their destination country.
Cold Standard is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided and your order has already entered production, we may not be able to modify or cancel the shipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find the best resolution.
